Today, our culinary team continues the tradition of the historic castle kitchens. All dishes are freshly prepared with seasonal ingredients, sourced whenever possible from regional producers.

Whether you are joining us for a light business lunch, a relaxed evening in the restaurant, celebrating a successful deal with business partners, honoring your club’s anniversary, or simply gathering for a midday meal – we always strike the right note.

From spring through autumn, the spacious terrace – picturesquely nestled between the castle park and the historic walls – becomes the hotel’s hidden gem and most beloved attraction.
