Arrival

Our rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Please note that not all rooms are accessible by elevator. Early arrivals are possible only by prior arrangement and incur a charge of €25. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, we kindly ask you to call us on the day of arrival at the latest. Since our reception is not staffed 24 hours, late arrivals will then be arranged via a keybox. Please understand that we cannot otherwise guarantee late arrivals.

Parking

Parking spaces are available in the public garage opposite the hotel.

Please note that all parking spaces are subject to a fee.

Parking tickets (€5.00 per night / €10.00 per day) can be purchased at our reception. In addition, four free charging stations are available for electric vehicles.

Bicycles can be stored (and charged) in our bicycle garage.

Restaurant

Our breakfast hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and on weekends and public holidays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

The restaurant is open daily. We reserve the right to have occasional closing days.

Enjoy culinary delights from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please make a reservation in advance.

Departure

Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-outs are possible only by prior arrangement and incur a charge of €45.00.

Invoice

The breakfast charge is €12.00 per person/day and includes 19% VAT. The correct billing address must be provided to the reception at the latest upon arrival.

For cost coverage, we are happy to send the full invoice, preferably by email. Invoices are payable within 28 days from the invoice date without deduction.

In the event of late payment or invoice corrections, fees will be charged.

Sustainability

To reduce our ecological footprint and conserve valuable resources, room cleaning and the change of bed linen and towels take place only every three days. For additional service, please contact the reception.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is possible as follows:

  • For a reservation of up to 4 rooms: up to 1 day before arrival

  • For a reservation of 5 rooms or more: up to 7 days before arrival

  • For a reservation of 10 rooms or more: up to 14 days before arrival

  • For a reservation of 20 rooms or more: up to 28 days before arrival

For later cancellations, 80% of the room cost will be charged. No-shows will be charged 100%.

Table cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before your reservation. On the day of the reservation or in case of no-show, a fee of €35.00 per person or the agreed menu price will be charged.

The same applies if fewer guests than registered attend the meal.
