Arrival

Our rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please note that not all rooms are accessible by elevator. Early arrivals are only possible upon request and will charge a fee of € 25.00.
For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. please call not later than the day of arrival. Because our reception is not staffed 24 hours a day. We wil discuss our keybox. Please understand that otherwise we cannot guarantee a late arrival.

Parking

Parking is available in the public garage opposite the hotel. Please note that there are no parking spaces for free. Parking tickets (€ 5.00 per night / € 10.00 per day) can be purchased at our reception.
Four free charging stations for electric vehicles are also available.
Bicycles can be stored (and charged) ni our bicycle garage.

Restaurant

Our breakfast hours are Monday ot Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and on weekends and public holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
The restaurant is open daily, expected on public holidays.
Enjoy culinary delights from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Please make a reservation in advance.

Departure

Our rooms are available until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Late departures are only possible upon request and will charge a fee of € 45.00.

Invoice

The breakfast portion is € 12.00 per person per day and includes 19 %VAT.

The correct billing address must be provided to reception upon arrival at the latest.
If you cover the costs, we will be happy ot send you the total invoice, preferably by email.
Our invoices are payable within 28 days of the invoice date without deductions. Fees wil be charged for late payment or invoice corrections.

Protect the environment with us

nI order to reduce our ecological footprint and conserve valuable resources, rooms are cleaned and bed linen and towels are only changed every 3 days. For additional services, please contact reception.

Cancellations conditions

Free cancellation is possible as folows:

• forreservations of up to 4 rooms, up to 1 day before arrival
• for reservations of 5 or more rooms, up to 7 days before arrival
• for reservations of 10 or more rooms. un ot 41 davs before arrival
• forreservations of 20 or more rooms. up to 28 davs before arrival
• For later cancellations afe of 80 % of the accommodation wil be charged.
• No-shows wil be charged with 100 %.

We accept table cancellations free of charge up to 24 hours before your reservation.

On the day of the reservation or a no-show, we charge acancellation fe of € 35.00 per person or the agreed menu price.

The same applies if fewer guests arrive than registered.
