Wine description: This white alternative promises a lot of drinking pleasure. Müller-Thurgau gives the wine fruity notes of pear, apple and Muscat. A perfect companion for any occasion – be it at a meal or simply to enjoy – whether on a sun terrace or at dinner.
Recommendation: This wine is ideal with light starters, fresh summer salads and dishes with a light, light sauce such as a salmon quiche or trout with horseradish.

Recommendation: This fine-dry Riesling is the ideal summer wine. A versatile Riesling that is just as convincing at a party as it is with food.

Wine description: The grapes were harvested by hand when they were fully ripened two weeks after the main harvest. The fermentation in the steel tank was interrupted at the right time to achieve its fine and natural fruity sweetness. The wine shimmers bright yellow and smells of peaches, honey and apricots. It tastes pleasantly fruity, sweet and complex with an elegant acidity.

Wine description: We harvested golden yellow Silvaner grapes in our terraced vineyards below the castle ruins Lichteneck. This excellent wine with more than 100° Oechsle (unit for measuring the sugar content) was partly fermented in stainless steel tanks and partly in barrique barrels. Blending both wines resulted in a complex, expressive wine which tastes of ripe fruit.
Recommendation: It wonderfully partners veal, grilled or fried fish, strong poultry dishes or mild cheeses.

Wine description: The 240 million year old sea lily Encrinus liliiformis depicted on the label was the fossil of the year 2019. Like Silvaner, its name can be considered synonymous with Triassic limestone. The vineyards in Hohenlohe owe their special taste to the high mineral content of the Kochertal slopes.
The golden yellow Silvaner grapes were harvested in our terraced vineyards below the castle ruins of Lichteneck. The juice was fermented in two year old barrels of French Cher oak and left with natural fruit sweetness. It is elegant, pleasantly sweet, nutty with vivid acidity and subtle hints of wood. An exceptional Silvaner with a lingering taste.

Wine description: Our semi-dry Müller-Thurgau presents itself as a fruity, fresh and youthful wine. Its delicate bouquet combines aromas of apple, pear and pineapple in a delicate way. On the palate, it develops a velvety texture and an aromatic profile that is rounded off by a beautiful, fruity length on the finish. It offers a pleasant drinking experience with great enjoyment.
Recommendation: When drunk young, it is an excellent accompaniment to Asian curry dishes, fish dishes, pasta with cream sauces, roast pork or simply as a light-hearted companion in the evening.

Wine description: The typical elegance of this wine comes from the fully ripe Portugieser grape, which is gently pressed and fermented under cool conditions. Its fruity lightness harmonizes perfectly with its smooth taste profile. With its salmon color, liveliness and freshness as well as a fine fruity note, this wine presents itself as a palatable delicacy, in which a pleasant residual sweetness combines ideally with the acidity.
Recommendation: Thanks to its freshness and lightness, this wine is very popular as a summer drink. Well chilled, it is the perfect accompaniment to summer dishes such as fresh salads, antipasti, spicy vegetables or even smoked trout and fried fish.

Wine description: Our Schwarzriesling grows in the vineyard above the Ingelfinger The predominant soil type is medium shell limestone. The wine fermented on the mash smells of blackberries and wild berries. The taste is pleasantly dry, expressive and underpinned by a mineral intensity.

Recommendation: This wine is excellent with stewed pork or beef, with duck breast or venison dishes from the oven.

After subsequent maceration, the wine matured for 12 months in French oak barriques. A wine with a full body, embedded tannins, full flavour and character.
Recommendation: The wine is very suitable for drinking on its own, but is also a wonderful accompaniment to food. With game dishes, beef and stews as well as poultry dishes – simply wonderful.

Recommendation: Classic aperitif. Also wonderful as a summer cocktail (Hugo) with mint, soda, elderberry and lime. Perfect as a food companion to fish and poultry dishes.
